Membership & Cancellation Policy – Hustle and Flo Pilates

Membership Terms

All memberships are billed weekly with a minimum 8-week commitment (4 autopay cycles).

A small processing fee applies to all credit and debit card transactions.

Members have the flexibility to book any class available under their membership plan.

Membership Cancellations

To cancel your membership, we require at least 14 days' written notice prior to your next scheduled autopay.

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable between individuals.

Class Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We want to be fair to all members while keeping our studio running smoothly. Please read the following guidelines:

Afternoon & Evening Classes

Cancellations made at least 4 hours before class will receive a full credit back to your account.

Cancellations made less than 4 hours before class will incur a $10 late cancellation fee.

No-shows will incur a $15 fee.

Morning Classes

To cancel a 5am or 6am morning class, please do so before 8:00pm the night prior to avoid a fee.

Important Notes

All class cancellations must be made via Momence.

Hustle and Flo reserves the right to cancel any class with fewer than 2 bookings.

We understand that life happens! This policy is in place to ensure fairness and availability for all members.

Please note: The “life happens” pass does not apply to no-shows.

Membership are direct debited from your nominated account. Please refer to membership rules.

No class pack cannot be shared or transferred to someone else.
